Direct Admission of students abroad (DASA-2019) - A scheme of MHRD, Govt.of India

Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, New Delhi announced a scheme for undergraduate programs in Engineering/Architecture/ for this Academic year 2019-2020 to NIT (National Institute of Technology), IIT (Indian Institutes of Information Technology), SPAs (Schools of Planning and Architecture), and other premier Technical Institutions in India has been entrusted to NITK Surathkal. National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, Mangalore, India, coordinated this scheme. 

The official order (F.No.35-2/2018-TS.III dated: 16^th August 2018).

Eligibility: Foreign Nationals/persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)/ Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) under Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA).
