Industrial Fisheries / Aquaculture Engineering / Civil Engineering / Economics.

Preparation of plans; programs;
implementation of activities; supervision and reporting; training and demonstration
evaluation of proposals (including pre-feasibility assessments) and recommendation
for release of funds; data management with respect to physical and financial progress
of activities
