Centre for International Relations Anna University
Department of Science and
technology (DST), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India with
Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) as its
implementation partner aims at enabling young researchers to carry out research
at an Indian host research/ academic Institution. It calls for application for
Research Traning Fellowship-Developing Countries Scientist (RTF-DCS) 2019-20
The Highlights of this program
- The fully funded fellowship is for a period of six months
- Round trip air ticket in economy class from the place of employment in the respective home country to the Indian airport nearest to the Indian Host institute, through the shortest route
- Monthly Fellowship @ INR 50,000/- for six months for accommodation, meals and other miscellaneous
- One-time research contingency grant of INR 30,000/- for chemicals, consumables, airport transfer, local travel etc.
- Overhead expenses for India host institute one time INR 20,000/-
- The completed applications/ the proposal can be submitted online during the period of 1st Apr till 30th Sep each Year
- Interested research scholars are requested to benefit this opportunity
Eligibility: Applicant possesses
at least a post graduate Degree in any natural science subject or equivalent
degree in Technology/ Engineering/ Medicine
Applicant should be working/studying
and /affiliated to any national R&D academic institution in his/her home
country
Age Limit: below 45 years
