Master degree in the relevant subject

or
Ph.D. in relevant subject with 2 published paper

i)
B.E/ B.Tech in computer science / IT / Electronics &
Telecommunication / ECE
ii)
One year of experience in public or private reputed organization
iii)
M.E/M. Tech also applicable
Hindi officer
i)
Master degree of Hindi with English as a subject at the
degree level
ii)
Five years of experience of terminological work in Hindi
from English or vice-versa
